EASY + DELICIOUS WEEK NIGHT DINNER || crockpot chili

I love the smell of dinner cooking all day in the crock pot! Plus, it feels amazing to know that dinner is done, all before I even eat lunch!

This recipe is SUPER easy. I don’t even know if it can be considered a recipe :). I often use what I have in the pantry, but it’s always a crowd pleaser.

~ Start by browning your ground beef, I chop up an onion and add the chopped onion to the ground beef.

~ While the round beef and onion are cooking, grab your crockpot and to it add:

3-4 cans of beens (I like to do 2 cans of black beans, 1 can or kidney beans, and 1 can of pinto beans.)

1 small can of tomato paste.

1 can of diced tomatoes.

1 clove of garlic, minced.

2 tsp. cumin

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. salt

4 tsp. taco seasoning

1 dash of chili powder

~ Once the ground beef and onion are cooked, add them to your crockpot. Cook on low 4-6 hours.

~ Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese, fresh cilantro (and the girls love to add chili Fritos)..

It makes the best left over lunch, too! :)

Happy fall cooking!!
