Fill your freezer! Don’t have much freezer space? You can purchase a 1/4 beef share. What is 1/4 beef share? It's 1/4 the meat you would get from a whole cow. Our cows are smaller than most of the cows you see here in the US, so it’s even better if your freezer space is limited!!

Our cow are grass fed, grass finished and raised on our farm in Carlton. Delicious and nutrient dense beef doesn’t get much better!!

All shares are calculated and sold based on the animal’s hanging weight. Weights differ from animal to animal. Final price is provided when the animal is harvested. Final take home weight is around 70% of the hanging weight.

Hanging weight cost $7.50/lb. + butcher fees. Butcher fees are approximately $165-$190 per quarter share paid directly to the butcher, that includes on-farm slaughter, custom cut, wrap and dry aging of your grass fed, grass finished beef.

Approximately 140-180 pounds hanging weight.

Yield: approximately 95-125 pounds of beef for your freezer.
