Do you charge a fee for bidding on a job, whether it is a small laundry room cabinet or a new home?Nope! We do charge a consultation fee for design work, but not a bid. Do offer color/decorating consultations?We sure do! We also offer garden, yard and container planning and consulting and design. Can you draw up construction plans for my kitchen remodel, even if I want to take those plans to other contractors to get multiple bids?We are more than happy to draw plans for you to get multiple bids on.
Where do you build the cabinets?The cabinets are all built in Matt's shop in historic down town Carlton. Each cabinet is built for your space. You have numerous options when it comes to paint and stain colors, finish and style. There are also countless door styles and hardware options to choose from.
What is the best way to order flowers or talk about design services?
You can give us a call at 503-857-7868 or you can send an email to darcihaney@yahoo.com outlining the price you would like to spend at the color/type of arrangement you would like to send.
What is your return policy?
All returns are subject to prior approval. Please call 503-857-8176 or email darcihaney@yahoo.com to discuss returning an item. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Please contact us immediately if an item is damaged in transit.
What are your shipping costs?
We typically ship home decor items via ground delivery. Larger items are shipped via UPS. When you place your order, you will notice the shipping costs associated with the particular item. Multiple products do qualify for a shipping discount.
